J.W. has been in the medical equipment business for over 12 years. His favorite part of the process is exceeding customer expectations and building long-term trust with his customers. Over time, his customers often become his friends.

J.W. has been married to his wife Katie since 2005 and they have two sons, Tripp & Jack. He. enjoys playing golf, running and swimming.
